So sad! Over one billion foolish people around the world have bowed their knee to Satan unknowingly by bowing to a statue of Mary or the Pope. The second of the Ten Commandments strictly forbids us from bowing to the likeness of ANYTHING..."Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth: Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them: for I the LORD thy God am a jealous God..." -Exodus 20:4-5Conveniently (and deceitfully), Catholic priests and teachers generally avoid this Scripture. The Bible is clear...it is a sin to even bow to the likeness of anything. This means ALL statues! We are Biblically forbidden by God to bow down to ANY statue. Look at the photo below and see the person BOWING.
Catholics Bow to the Pope in Worship
How can Catholics claim that they don't worship the Pope? Regardless, it is a sin according to Exodus 20:4-5 to even bow to his likeness (as the person in the above photo is doing). It is a horrible sin in God's sight, the sin of idolatry. God is a jealous God and will NOT share His glory with another..."I am the LORD: that is my name: and my glory will I not give to another, neither my praise to graven images." -Isaiah 42:8
"Viva El Papa" means "The Pope Lives." But does he really?
